All premium mulch and pine products are sustainably sourced and shipped directly from our partner facilities in Europe.

PROCESSING & LEAD TIMES

• Order Processing: 3-5 business days.

• Transit Time: Because these goods are shipped via ocean freight and must clear customs, please allow 5 to 8 weeks for delivery.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on weight and your distance from the arrival port.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

Terravita® is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

DELIVERY CONSTRAINTS

• Access: Deliveries are typically made via heavy freight truck. You must ensure the delivery location is accessible to large vehicles.

• Curbside Delivery: Standard delivery is "curbside" only. Our drivers cannot spread or move material to specific backyard locations.

• Weight: Please be aware of the load-bearing capacity of your driveway before requesting placement.
