CANCELLATIONS

Because our products are bulky and shipped internationally from Europe, orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once the shipment has been cleared for transit from the European facility, cancellations are no longer possible.

RETURNS

Due to the nature of organic landscaping materials (mulch, bark, pine) and the high cost of international freight, we do not accept returns on these items once delivered, unless the product is proven to be contaminated or significantly different from the order specifications.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if:

• The packaging (pallets/bags) is severely damaged, leading to significant product loss.

• You received the wrong type of material.

• The product contains prohibited foreign materials.

REFUNDS

If an item is found to be defective, we will notify you after inspecting the evidence (photos are required). If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
