Ordering & delivery

Do you deliver across the UAE?

Yes — we deliver to all seven Emirates, typically within the same week of ordering. Delivery is free on orders over AED 200.

Do you offer trade or bulk pricing?

Yes. For 20+ bags or pallet quantities, request a quote on our For Business page — we respond within one working day with volume tiers and scheduled delivery options.

Choosing materials

How much mulch or bark do I need?

Multiply your area (m²) by depth (cm) by 10 to get litres. A 10 m² bed at 5 cm depth needs about 500 litres — roughly fifteen 35 L bags. Every product page has a coverage calculator that does this for you.

What is the difference between pine bark, pine mulch and wood chip?

Pine bark is chunky 10–30 mm pieces with a premium finish that lasts seasons. Pine mulch is shredded 30–60 mm fibre that knits into a mat — best for moisture retention and windy sites. Recycled wood chip is uniform, colour-fast decorative cover in five colours — popular for play areas and contemporary schemes.

How does a coco peat brick work?

Compressed coconut coir expands with water: our 650 g brick makes about 9 litres of growing medium; the 4.5 kg block makes about 65 litres. Soak, fluff, and use alone or blended with soil.

What is vermiculite for?

Vermiculite is a permanent soil conditioner. Blend 20–30% into potting mixes for aeration and water retention, or cover fresh-sown seeds with a thin layer to keep them moist.

What size stake does my tree need?

For trees over 2 m, use full-size Wooden Stakes (240–300 cm, driven 50–60 cm into the ground). For saplings, shrubs and container plants, garden Tree Stakes (90–180 cm) are sufficient. Always tie with a soft tree tie in a loose figure-eight.

Can I return unused bags?

Unopened bags in resalable condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery — contact hello@terravitaco.com to arrange collection. See our refund policy for details.
