Delivery

Terravita delivers across all seven Emirates. Standard orders arrive within the same week; delivery is free on orders over AED 200.

Zones and timing

We deliver to Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. Most orders are delivered within 2–5 working days of confirmation. You will receive a delivery window by email once your order is scheduled.

Charges

Orders over AED 200 ship free. Orders below that carry a delivery fee calculated at checkout based on location and volume.

Bulk and project deliveries

Pallet quantities and phased site deliveries are scheduled to your project timeline — request these through the For Business page and we will confirm logistics with your quote within one working day.

Receiving your order

Bagged materials are delivered kerbside or to your gate. For large deliveries, please ensure site access for a delivery vehicle and someone to receive the goods.
